I LONG TO BE A MINIMALIST
If I only had black or white shirts that I loved, and a couple pair of pants, I wouldn't have to think about clothes any more. If I ate the same thing every day, I wouldn't have to think about food any more. If we didn't have an abundance of toys, I wouldn't spend so much of my time cleaning them up. Why am I obsessed with preserving my energy? Is it just me or does everyone wish they had more energy?
I started with Maria Kando. She tells you to hold each and every object you posses and ask yourself "Does this bring me joy?" It's surpising how well this works. Even things you thought you liked you may not answer that question with a "yes" when your holing it.
